My team’s responsibilities include digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, pipeline acceleration and measurement.
Results:
• Sourced 28% of total company annual pipeline revenue through marketing channels.
• Delivered 3,000+ annual MQLs collectively across industries and solutions. The MQL to SAL average conversion rate was 13.6%, the SAL to SQL average conversion rate was 54.7% and the SQL to Closed-Won average conversion rate was 19.9%.
• Managed the marketing strategy for 2 acquisitions, including the merger of a global team, branding, digital marketing assets, campaigns and tactics.
• Rebuilt the integrated marketing and sales lead funnel with the new CRO to measure the percentage of pipeline revenue contribution by marketing, sales, customers success and strategic partners.
• Relaunched all demand and digital programs including Website, SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Nurture, Email Nurture, Content Syndication and 3rd Party Media Partners.
